Treatment suitability
Prior to treatment, patients will undergo an appropriate consultation and assessment to determine whether a proposed treatment is clinically suitable and likely to be beneficial.
Where a treatment is considered unsuitable, contraindicated or unlikely to achieve the desired outcome, we will explain the reasons and discuss alternative options where appropriate.
Even where a patient requests a specific treatment, Supplefeet Ltd reserves the right to decline treatment where we believe it is not clinically appropriate, safe or in the patient's best interests.
Consent
Valid consent is required before treatment is provided.
Patients may be asked to provide written consent for certain assessements, procedures, treatments, photography or information sharing where appropriate.

Fees and Payment

Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We respectfully request adequate notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Supplefeet Ltd reserves the right to charge for missed appointments or late cancellations in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Footcare Products
For hygiene and patient safety reasons, footcare products, orthotics and other medical or personal items cannot usually be refunded once supplied, unless faulty or required under consumer law.
Complaints
We aim to treat all patients and clients fairly, respectfully and compassionately.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your care or experience, you are entitled to raise a concern or make a complaint. We will be happy to provided a copy of our complaints procedure upon request.
Zero Tolerance
Supplefeet Ltd operates a zero tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour towards staff, clinicans or other patients.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where behaviour is considered unacceptable.
Photography, filming or audio recording within the clinic is not permitted without prior permission from management.
