Reflexology appointments available at Supplefeet every Wednesday afternoon or by arrangement.
Lisa Jenner is a qualified and experienced Reflexologist and Holistic Therapist holding membership of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
Lisa firmly believes that “touch is a basic human need, throughout our lives a caring touch is fundamental to our health and sense of wellbeing”. Her aim is for her clients to leave their session feeling better than when they arrived.
Reflexology is a science which deals with the principle that there are reflexes in the feet relative to each and every organ, and all parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes properly can help many health problems in a natural way, just like preventative maintenance.
The entire body is mapped out on the feet, the front of the body on the soles of both feet, the back of the body on the top, the spine is along the inner arches of the feet.
You do not need a “problem” to benefit from reflexology as it is a stand alone therapy which helps reduce tension, alleviate stress and promote a sense of wellbeing and overall relaxation. It can increase energy levels, improve circulation, release endorphins – the body’s natural feel good hormones - which can also provide pain relief and encourage a stronger immune system.
